Nabd Al-Gharb Billing & Inventory

Users of the Nabd Al-Gharb Billing application can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting NABD AL-GHARB TRADING EST.

Only the authorized company administrator creates and manages user accounts. Users cannot create accounts directly inside the application.

How to Request Account Deletion

• Send an email from your registered email address.
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
• Include your full name, username, employee ID, and registered email address.
• The company administrator will verify your identity before processing the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• User login account and access credentials
• User profile and employee information linked to the account
• Account permissions and application access records
• Other personal information linked specifically to the deleted account

Data That May Be Retained

Business records such as invoices, accounting entries, payroll records, tax records, inventory transactions, and audit logs may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or business recordkeeping purposes.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 7 working days. The user will receive confirmation after the account deletion process is completed.
